AT-USB-429模块最多可配置2个节点，带有来自DDC的ARINC429控制器，每个节点包含2个发送和4个接收通道，最多提供12个通道。每个控制器有一个128 x 32位静态RAM，四个32（字深）x 32（位）接收FIFO和两个32（字深）x 32（位）发送FIFO。查找加载到RAM中的表，使模块接收电路能够按标签和目标位过滤和排序输入数据，并提供多级数据特定中断或硬件触发器。接收通道允许存储所有选定的标签，每个字都附加有状态和时间标签信息（可选）。接收器允许数据字的过滤和多存储模式。传输信道通过传输“指令栈”进行操作，从而允许对数据传输进行调度，并减少了主机干预的需要。离散通道包含控制I/O寄存器，这些寄存器是内存映射的，可以实时访问。
