Simply screw filter onto bottom of tool and move cutting wheel into filter while cranking the handle. Tool can be placed in a bench vise (has steel clamping bar) the most popular method. Or, by removing the clamp bar the tool can be mounted directly to a bench or the wall, whichever you choose.
