Removable center spindle for 13/16""-16 or _""-16 filter threads (to accommodate the most common filter threads). Simply screw filter onto bottom of tool and move cutting wheel into filter while cranking the handle. Tool can be placed in a bench vise (has steel clamping bar) the most popular method. Or, by removing the clamp bar the tool can be mounted directly to a bench or the wall, whichever you choose. Heavy-duty steel construction, high quality rugged design, hardened cutter, also comes with extra cutting wheel.
