The MD222-406 course deviation indicator (CDI)is designed to work with VHF and GPS navigational equipment to provide OMNI (VOR), GPS, localizer (LOC), and glideslope information. The MD222 is designed to accept DC Left-Right, To-From, and Nav valid signals from a GPS receiver or remote mounted VOR converter, as well as a glideslope or VNAV converter. This MD222-406 incorporates NAV, GPS and VLOC annunciations.
The MD222-406 is configured to work with the Garmin GNS-430/530 navigation equipment.
