This AV-30E with included AV-LINK WIFI Hub is a highly capable, fully digital, multi-mode instrument that mounts in the legacy 3-1/8 inch, round instrument panel cutout. It can be field configured as either an Attitude Indicator (AI) or a Direction Indicator (DG). It contains an internal battery and allows for a wide variety of pilot customization.
The included AV-Link module pairs perfectly with the AV-30E panel display providing pilots the ability to wirelessly connect a supported ADS-B Receiver, such as ForeFlight Sentry or Sentry Mini, echoUAT, SkyEcho, skySensor, or any standard GDL90 WiFi protocol portable ADS-B receiver with GPS to AV-30E and see live ADS-B traffic displayed in the panel. AV-Link connects inline between the AV-30E and the 15-pin DB harness wired to the aircraft’s systems. After connecting AV-Link, pilots can connect to AV-Link via a computer to update the AV-30E display.
This AV-30E and AV-Link combination(EDMO# UAX9005103)are packaged together to offer pilots wireless connectivity to a supported ADS-B receiver.
