【会议背景】

随着全球航空运输产业的发展,民用飞机机队数量得以不断提升,这为新机型进入市场带来了巨大的机遇，美国波音787、欧洲空客A350、中国商飞C919与ARJ21、加拿大庞巴迪C系列、日本三菱MRJ以及俄罗斯苏霍伊Superjet-100等新一代民用客机凭借先进的设计理念延长了飞机的维保时间，这大大提升了飞机的利用率。然而在另一方面，为新机型建立运行保障系统需要大量的投入，由于在市场开发初期，飞机保有率低、维保网络未铺开、售后服务策略不完善、运行规律及保养数据不明，这对用户选型信心带来了不确定因素。

在新航材备件及其供应链体系建设过程中，售后服务策略的制定需要依靠飞机长期运行带来的数据积累，传统飞机维修商的市场优势难以全面发挥。近年来，民用航空运行保障体系在飞机制造商的参与和推动下，正逐渐迎来新的格局。未来飞机运行市场，航空公司、飞机租赁商、飞机制造商、航空维修公司、航材制造商将如何重新定位市场角色，这将是行业未来各方共同关注的热点议题。

借此契机，为了更好地推动我国民用航空运行保障产业的提升，推动中国民用航空运行保障产业更快的发展与进一步国际化，上海市航空学会将联合中国航空学会民机运行支持技术专业分会于2017年8月底在上海主办首届民用飞机运行支持技术国际论坛，邀请航空领域相关领导与专家共同探讨民用航空运行保障中售后服务策略制定、维修网络与支援体系建设、服务数据积累、供应链管理以及航材库共享等领域的话题。以通过提供国内外航空产业交流平台，对航空运行保障体系发展及提升航空运行保障体系创新能力发挥积极的作用。

【Event Background】

Along with the development of the global aviation industry, the quantity of civil aircraft has an enormously increase, which brought a huge opportunity for the new models into the market. Boeing B787, Airbus A350, COAMC C919 and AJR 21, Bombardier C series aircraft and Mitsubishi MRJ and Russia Sukhoi superjet-100, such these new generation aircrafts, with their advanced design concept, has extended aircraft’s maintenance, which greatly improved the utilization ratio of the plane. On the other hand, to establish an operation support system for these newly aircrafts needs loads of investment, however, at the beginning of marketing development, low plane retention rate, poor maintenance network, imperfectly aftermarket services , unclear maintenance data and operation regulations, which make user’s selection confidence many uncertainties.

In the process of the new materials of spare parts and its supply chain system construction, after-sales service strategy formulation need to rely on aircraft operation data accumulated for a long time, the advantage of traditional MRO market becomes difficult to get a full development. In recent years, the civil aviation operation support system, under the participation of aircraft manufacturer, is gradually facing a new situation. In the nearly aircraft operation market, airlines, aircraft leasing company, OEM, MRO, material manufactures, how to reposition their market role, it will be the hot topics in this industry.

 In order to develop operation support of China civil aviation industry, to globalized the development of China's civil aviation operation support industry, Shanghai Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics will associate Civil Aircraft Operation Support branch of CSAA, to host the first Civil Aircraft Operation Support International Forum, will invite aviation leaders and civil aviation operation support experts to discuss after-sales service strategy, network maintenance and support system construction, service data accumulation, supply chain management and supply chain Shared libraries. Building a communication platform for domestic and oversea aviation industry, will improve aviation operation support system and have an effective influence for the creative ability of aviation operation system.
